OCI On-Column Injection
OCI – On-Column Injection
During OCI, the sample is injected into the column in liquid form, due to the use of a cold injector and a special wool-less liner. This ensures no analyte losses, making it the only fully discrimination-free injection technique. This is especially important for high-boiling analytes, and beneficial when doing manual injections.
SIMPLE OCI
It does not require a megabore pre-column/column (0.53 mm ID) and it can be used with a standard size syringe needle.
Standard recommendation:
221-49381-02 - for standard OCI applications
